A Full, One-Year Warranty
All our residential cast iron boilers include a full, one-year warranty. Our residential boilers are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of installation. If any parts are found to be defective in manufacture, we will repair or replace those parts.
Our Second Commitment to You –
A Limited, Lifetime Warranty on Water Boilers
We provide a limited, lifetime warranty on the cast iron sections of our residential hot water boilers. We warrant that the cast iron sections are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for the lifetime of the original owner at the original place of installation. Any sections found to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced.
A Limited, Ten-Year Warranty on Steam Boilers
We also warrant that the cast iron sections of our residential steam boilers are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage, at the original place of installation, for a full ten years. Any sections found to have a manufacturing defect will be repaired or replaced.
Our Complete Commitment to You –
Extended Warranties on Parts & Labor
We offer extended warranties on residential boilers up to 300,000 BTUH input for gas boilers and 2.1 GPH input for oil boilers installed in one and two-family residences. These extended warranties are written and administered by CornerStone United. Therefore, if for any reason CornerStone United should fail to pay any valid claims, a direct claim against this insurance company may be filed.
These Extended Warranties Feature:
- Five or ten-year coverage for boiler parts.
- Optional parts coverage for system accessories.
- Five or ten-year labor coverage from the 31st day after installation.
- Fully insured by CornerStone United - a company with over 30 years in business.
- The extended warranty can be transferred to the new homeowner if the original owner should decide to sell the home.
This summary is not a warranty contract. All our warranties are subject to the condition that the boiler must be installed by a fuel oil dealer or a heating contractor whose principal occupation is the sale and installation of heating equipment. All warranties cover the basic boiler, packaged or knocked-down, as supplied by us, including all boiler components described as standard equipment for each boiler in our literature. All components supplied by the contractor/dealer which are part of the heating system and not part of the boiler, are not covered by our warranties. Additional coverage may be purchased for those accessories not included in the standard unit. All our warranties are subject to the specific terms, conditions and limitations contained in the warranty agreements, and we disclaim any warranty for fitness for a particular application or purpose, and all other warranties, express or implied. Liability for consequential or incidental damages is excluded in all warranty agreements. Consult your contractor/dealer for complete details on all our cast iron boiler warranties.
