Rebates and Tax Incentives

The Peerless® Boilers product you purchase or install may qualify for tax incentives or rebates from your state, local, or federal government agency. Additionally, some utility companies offer incentives. Peerless® Boilers (PB Heat, LLC) does not offer or administer any rebate or tax incentive program directly.

2011 FEDERAL TAX CREDITS FOR CONSUMER ENERGY EFFICIENCY

Installation of a gas or oil-fired boiler with an AFUE of 95% or higher qualifies homeowners for a $150 Tax Credit under the 2011 Federal Tax Credits for Consumer Energy Efficiency.

Peerless® Boiler Models Eligible for the 2011 Federal Tax Credit:

Homeowners should print and retain with their tax records the Manufacturer’s Certification Statement certifying the above boiler models meet the 95% AFUE eligibility requirement for the 2011 Tax Credit. Visit www.energystar.gov for details.

NOTE: Tax credits that were 30% up to $1,500 EXPIRED on December 31, 2010. New tax credits were passed, but at lower levels.

The DSIRE database is an ongoing project of the North Carolina Solar Center and the Interstate Renewable Energy Council (IREC) and is funded by the U.S. Department of Energy. Information on the website is updated as often as new rebates and incentives are received.
