MANUFACTURER CERTIFICATION STATEMENT/CERTIFICATE

Peerless^® Boilers offers boiler models eligible for the 2011 Federal Tax Credits for Consumer Energy Efficiency. Installation of a gas or oil-fired boiler with an AFUE of 95% or higher qualifies homeowners for a $150 Tax Credit.

Peerless^® Boiler Models Eligible for the Federal Tax Credit:

• PUREFIRE^® Boilers – all residential models
• Pinnacle^® Gas Boilers – all residential models

Following is a signed Manufacturer’s Certification Statement certifying specific boiler models meet the 95% or above AFUE eligibility requirement for the Tax Credit. Homeowners are required to print and save the signed Manufacturer’s Certification Statement and retain with their tax records.
