A.  We do not send technicians out from the factory. You need to have a local service company work on your boiler, and if they need help they can contact their wholesaler or manufacturer’s representative.
Q.  The bypass on my PDE stopped working. What can I do?
Q.  The blower motor on my Pinnacle Gas was replaced. I noticed that the old blower had a plastic fan wheel and the new blower has a metal fan wheel. Is there anything special my service company should check?
